'The location of the house was perfect, with family in Orleans and Chatham. We were just steps from the beach, and there were a ton of great restaurants and shops within a short drive from the house. There wasn't a lot of traffic in front of the house, as the neighborhood beach is at the end of the road. Don't pack beach chairs, as chairs are provided. The house was immaculate, and nicely furnished. The bedrooms were comfortable, and also nicely furnished. Air conditioning was available on the few hot days we had. The kitchen is beautiful, and well laid out. The large kitchen/dining table was great for games. Our favorite spot, aside from the beach, was the screened porch, where we ate breakfast, and played cards and games at night. The deck was beautiful, and the lounge chairs were great for sunning or reading a book. The outdoor shower was wonderful, spacious, and clean. The grounds surrounding the house were well-kept and pretty. The staff at Chatham Rentals were great, and always responded promptly to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back for 2019!!'
