'We've rented several cottages through Chatham Vacation Rentals and this was our favorite! It has that classic Cape Cod wood paneling and is cozy but with plenty of space, including 4 bedrooms (10 beds total!) and 1.5 baths. The central air was an unexpected bonus -- we usually don't expect to need AC on the Cape but the first half of our week was extremely hot and we were grateful for the AC, which also helped temper the normal Cape humidity. The home is in a lovely neighborhood with an easy walk down to Forest Beach. We enjoyed the lovely screened porch and patio as well. '
