'My husband and I stayed at this property for three weeks and had an amazing time! The home is very nicely appointed and very well maintained. Chatham Vacation Rentals was very professional and we had absolutely no issues with the home or the service. It is located in a wonderful location, literally, 3 minutes walk down a private path to the beach! It is on a quiet street with very little traffic as well. We would highly recommend this property!!'

'This is an excellent, very comfortable house with the most equipped kitchen I've ever had in a rental. The one thing you should note is that the 3rd bedroom is actually two beds behind a curtain off the 2nd floor living room. Wasn't an issue for us, but important to know if you're thinking it's a bedroom with a door.'
