This nicely appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is in a quiet neighborhood yet is close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The vaulted ceiling and open floor plan give a light, airy feel to the living area. The recently updated kitchen, and home in general, is well stocked with vacation essentials. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are nicely decorated and have ample storage space for your belongings. Amenities include window AC units in primary bedroom and main living area, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, two TVs and DVD player. Outdoor living space includes comfortable seating on the deck, a picnic table in the backyard for summertime barbecues, a gas grill and enclosed outside shower. This rental is also pet friendly on a case by case basis. 3 car maximum. Taxes and fees applied.

'This was a terrific house for our family of four on our vacation to Chatham. It's clean, attractive and well laid out. The residential neighborhood is walk able and easy access from Route 28. You can even walk to Ridgevale Beach. We'd rent this house again!'
