'A perfect beach front home away from home! This is a quality home, updated and kept in great shape. This accommodates family and guests who stop by very well. We love the deck which over looks the Chatham Bay and Atlantic Ocean. It is a very short walk to the beach...maybe 300 feet! If you are also looking for a perfect location from downtown, this is it. You can walk to downtown. A perfect setting for the beach at the best beach in Cape Cod.'

'We have rented many other homes in Chatham during the summer and nothing compares to the relaxation and memories that we have experienced in this house. The breathtaking view and access to the private beach on Chatham Harbor just a few hundred yards away make this home a special place. We have spent many a warm night strolling to the shops and restaurants of downtown Chatham only to return with ice cream cones in hand to the comfort of this airconditioned home. The house is spacious, spotless, extremely well appointed. Despite years of gritty summer use, the owners’ have clearly invested the time and treasure to maintain the property and keep it up to date. We just bought a home nearby and, after 20+ summers at 106 Main St., we have bittersweet feelings about moving on. It is the ideal family summer retreat and worth every penny.'
