This traditional, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Chatham vacation cottage has beautiful views of the Cockle Cove salt marsh and is just steps from Cockle Cove Beach and the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. One bedroom is directly off of the living area and has a queen sized bed. The room with two twins (bunked) is a walk through room to the second queen bedroom which has an ensuite half bathroom. Amenities include AC wall units in each queen bedroom, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD player, washer, dryer, furnished deck, gas grill, outside shower, picnic table, large yard and more. 2 Cars Max. Taxes and Fees apply.

'The house is located in an area that is safe, quiet, and only a few hundred yards from Cockle Cover Beach. In addition, the house is centrally located to many other beaches and to biking trails, Nickerson State Park (which has bike and walking trails, and a very pristine pond), downtown Chatham, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house was very clean and well stocked.'
