'Very recently renovated this is a spacious property with everything we (family of four) could want. Big kitchen, diner, comfortable living room and bedrooms and lots of space outside including patio, bbq and big garden. All new appliances in kitchen and utility room. Very quiet, but Main Street, Chatham and Lighthouse Beach close by. Contrast of seclusion and, in our opinion, the Cape's finest town makes this a top rental. If we had to be critical, could have done with more lighting outside to make full use of facilities but perhaps internal and external sound system makes up.'

'We rented 79 Atwood Lane the second week of July. Hands down it was unanimously our favorite house we rented to date. Everything about it was perfect for my family. From the bunny hunting to a great place for badminton to a fabulous kitchen with that large window seat to read or take an after beach catnap! Bedrooms were great showers even better! Would definitely rent again. '
